Frequently Asked Questions Q. Are your dresses used? A. Absolutely not, all of our dresses are guaranteed to be brand new, made to order. Q. Does Wedding Dress Depot accept returns? A.
Yes we will accept returns for Bridal Gowns. You must follow our instructions
carefully. There will be a 10% restocking charge, minimum $30.00, for all
returns. The purchase amount will be either be refunded to the credit card used
for payment, or by check sent via the US Post Office (Refund options will be at
our discretion.) Your return will be processed within 5 business days of our
receipt of the gown. Q. Are your dresses old styles? A. Our dresses are all current styles, in production right now. Q. Do I have to have a Paypal account to order from your site? A. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal, however you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. Q. The gown I'm looking at is pictured with a train. Is the train included in the price? A. With the exception of item GV201003, trains are not included in the price of the gown. Trains must be ordered separately. Q. How do I add a train to my gown? A. Simply go to our trains page, select the size you would prefer and add to cart. If there is only one wedding gown in your cart the train will be added to that gown. If you have more than one wedding gown in your cart, please let us know which item number to add the train to in the "comments" section of checkout. Q. Do you offer shipping insurance? A. Yes. Shipping insurance is available but not included in the standard shipping price. Please e-mail us with your shipping address for a quote. Q. How long does it take for my gown to arrive? A. Gowns will generally arrive to you within 3 to 4 weeks (sometimes sooner) depending on how busy the manufacturer is. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery to be safe. |
